    An ice machine checklist confirming cleaning/descaling, sanitation, water filter changes, bin condition, harvest cycle operation, and any parts or service recommendations.

  • Inspection of belts, motors, bearings, and blades along with cleaning to ensure proper ventilation, reduce fire risks, and maintain safe work conditions in commercial kitchens.


    Each Completed PM Includes:

    An exhaust fan checklist reviewing belt tension, motor amps, blade condition, grease buildup, vibration, noise, and overall system performance.

  • High-pressure line cleaning that removes grease, scale, and debris from drain lines—preventing backups, eliminating odors, and maintaining smooth drainage.


    Each Completed PM Includes:

    A jetting checklist documenting lines serviced, before/after flow conditions, cleanout locations inspected, debris removed, and recommendations for future service intervals.

  • Scheduled cleaning, calibration, lubrication, and safety checks for ovens, fryers, grills, steamers, warmers, and more—ensuring consistent performance and reducing repair costs.

    A kitchen equipment checklist detailing calibration checks, temperature tests, safety valve inspections, burner/element condition, lubrication performed, and any identified repair needs.

  • Regular pumping, cleaning, and inspection of grease traps to prevent overflows, foul odors, and code violations.

    A grease trap checklist noting waste volume removed, trap condition, inlet/outlet flow, baffle conditions, cleaning level achieved, and required corrective actions if any.

  • Flushing tanks, checking elements, inspecting valves, and testing efficiency to ensure reliable hot water and extend equipment life.

    A hot water heater checklist showing tank flush results, temperature settings, element/ignitor conditions, anode rod condition (if inspected), safety valve testing, and any recommended repairs.
